UR-SPACE was born in the uncertainty of COVID-19 — when we saw that housing needed to change. Micro homes weren’t just a trend; they were the future of affordable, flexible living.

Our first build followed the traditional, multi-trade construction model. It was slow, complex, and costly — and we knew there had to be a better way. After exploring SIP panels and MgO boards, we discovered the breakthrough: Steel Insulated Panels. Lightweight, durable, and requiring no extra finishing, they transformed our process — making builds faster, simpler, and more cost-effective.

By sourcing these advanced panels efficiently, we reduced costs without compromising quality. Today, UR-SPACE is bringing innovative, high-quality micro homes to communities across Canada, supported by a network of Red Seal-certified technicians.
